Paul Gapp founded Consultech in 1985. Prior to this, he served as Director of National Accounts for a major company similar to Consultech. Paul has handled several cases before the Internal Revenue Service and states involving significant Employment/Unemployment tax assessments levied against large employers.

Paul has nearly 30 years experience in all the service areas that Consultech provides. He possesses a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and attended Hofstra University. Paul is also a licensed insurance broker.
